Slept all afternoon till 5 30pm?? *no wonder my bf calls me his piggy princess wahahaha =P* ... I was totally exhausted from doin all these house chores *sigh*.
Conclusion: Housewife is one of the hardest and most tiring job ever!!! So, appreciate what ur mum/wife does for yall...
Anyway, i was thinkin of decoratin my room today but not in the mood no more hehe ... probably postpone it till next week then.
I made this 7 or 8 months ago. Not 'single-handed'-ly made it lah... I asked some of the workers in my factory to help me out. I saw this design somewhere in an interior design magazine and copied it. Modified it a lil bit...customized it a lil bit...
Quite pleased with the result but i dun really like the color. I bought two buckets of paint, one red and one white. I asked the workers to paint the boards in different red-family colors, yknow, based on those faded- single color principle. Startin from red ... to pastel red or should i say, dark pink ... to pastel pink ... finally to really pale pink/ almozt white. Juzz haf to pour more and more white paints to the mixture as they painted it but the workers mixed it all wrong =((.
They didnt wait till i arrived to the offize, so the color combination didn't really match my likings but i felt its quite alrite. Dun wanna be too fussy, its the effort that counts!! By the way, excuse them flowers! I am still in the middle of gettin some real cute fake-flowers to replace them, any idea?? Purple n white roses?? Tulips?? *clueless*
Now, time for my crystal ball!!! Actually, it looks more like a DURIAN ball -_- ...
I used to make this crystall ball with my origami paper and i was inspired to create another one usin glass!! 'Glass-y' crystal/durian ball!!! Planned to insert some purple-color light bulb so it aint just some normal crystal ball, its "violette nite-light" crystal ball!! I was thinkin of gettin "BLurry Glass" pieces dat give those water-vapory effect looks but the workers messed it all up...
They went to buy the glass, cut it up and glued it without tellin me anythin!! Glass used for makin windows *sigh* ... not the blurry glass i wanted =((. To make it worse, they forgot to paint the "skeleton" steel inside WHITE!! Look at it, kinda gross rite, all those steel are kinda discolourized after the process of joinin them up together...it looks like some RUSTY DURIAN now =((
I am still tryin to figure out what to do with these rusty durian glass balls (yes, two of them), its a waste to throw them away, aint it?! Gotta find some way to change the look! Was thinkin of paintin over the glass with some pinky/purplish paint but i am scared if too much light bulb heatin + paint will cause some un-necessary explosion *clueless*!! Maybe i should just throw-out my violet lite bulb idea =((
Those workers knew i was kinda disappointed and not satisfied with my glass balls so they secretly created another two for me. Now, its wooden cystal ball!!!
Quite cute lah, gotta give them some credits! If only the color are pink and purple and not gold and blue, but it still looks much better than the glass one. However, i dun think insertin some violet lite bulb inside would be a good idea now, its too dark!! It aint transparent enuff...
Okay, time to surf and search for more ideas to decorate now!!! Any suggestion?!?!

wahh...amien ada si mel hwehehe ... pls dhe ga mungkin lo cupu!!! pasti jauh lebih cupu-an gua yg sama skali buta...hmmm. ngmg2, good idea!! bisa juga gua isi tea lite candle... tapi kalo yg wood ga bisa *takud kebakar dink, maklum sini suka tiba2 gempa sikit2 tar candlenya jatuh lg dari holdernya*...yg glass dicoba deh ntar...btw kira2 yg glass bagusnya diapain yah...mao gua paint ato apa gitu biar ga ketara banged tuh kerangka nya yg kaya bekarat *abis di las gitu critanya*....anyway...thanks MEL!!!

Makasi Sher...dari dulu gua pengen banged dikasi otak buat ngedesign tapi this is the least i can do dhe...enaknya dikaw yg jago ngedesign layout...enaknya si mel diatas tuh yg maenannya interior design *ngeces2 pengennn*

tapi kalo glass sih gue bilang emang cocok sama candles gt daripada lampu.. :p
mel yoii banged, kalo buka kerangka lage ribet...mending gua cat aja satu2 gelasnya hihi...ho oh setelah dipikir2, emank bagusan pake candle, kesannya lebih romantizz yak...ntar gua tinggal minta tlg di las lage aja tempat buat candle holdernya n masukin ke dlm hihi... makaci banged yaa idenya *seneng!*
