Here are some dishes I miss and crave while im stuck in this country...

Had this saucy minced meat noodle the first time in one of the asian restaurants in Ohio. I had no idea it was actually a taiwanese style noodle. I tried lookin for it while makin visits to them noodle shops at Spore's hawker centers or food courts but never managed to find it.

Then, my dear brought me to this Taiwanese food outlet just behind Parco Bugis and whoa... it's my long lost fav. noodle *slurp*

Taste so good!! Ima sucker for tofu!! and I love black color...and i never see any tofu with black outer-skin before. and dun ask me what its called, coz i have no idea, i call them "black tofu" =P


Currently can't stop thinkin bout Balestier's Bak KuTeh as well *sigh*
