Aiyaaa....this fish really scared me to death!!
I was takin my afternoon nap, never work today hehehe...my right eye is completely swollen and very2 bloody red from the ashes and pollution around my factory.
I was kinda dreamin bout somethin when i heard lots of extremely loud BOOM BOOM BOOM noise.
WAAAAAAA, i thought it was another earthquake, scared the hell outta me!! My bedroom was really dark so I couldn't see if any stuff in the room were scattered and misplaced and since i wasn't completely awake yet, i thought i kinda felt my bed bunk swayed from the left to the right...left to the right...
"Another earthquake?! DamN! I hope its not as strong and vigorous as the previous one back in 2005, so t least i wont feel dizzy as i run out of the building"
Quickly jumped outta the bed and about to run ASAP outta the house when i noticed, there wasn't the slightest vibration in the livin room. Then i looked around, checked if anythin has been misplaced, checked from the couch...to the computer table...to the book shelves...to the tv...to the aquarium
Haizz...my dad's beloved fish was the culprit lah. erM, i dun actually knoe whats the english term for this fish, but my dad calls it ikan ARWANA or KIM LENG fish (hokkian)...so i translate the term to
GOLD DRAGON fish?!?! Dunno if its rite or not.
Okay...so this fish decided to throw another one of its un-necessary tantrum...usually by knockin itself or its HEAD against the aquarium's glass as hard as possible, makin all these loud BOOM noises i perceived as "books, dvd players fallin outta their places coz of an earthquake"
Oh well...ridiculous me...but i was really sleepy and not fully awake so i think, my faulty assumption is "justified" =P
Anyway, this fish is almost 1 meter long and it is FAT, or should i say, it has really THICK BODY! so, u can imagine the noise it created by knockin against the glass 5 or 6 times.
Today, it decided to knock its head even harder than usual!
I consider myself a pig when i zZzzz so you can try to imagine, what kinda loud noise it muzt have been, to wake me up from my nap?!
see how some of the fish's fin actually fell outta its head, a lil bit BOTAK now hahaha....
Notice the difference between the part i highlighted and the other 'safe-n-sound' golden fins on his body. the Fish is definitely, heavily injured, internally...
Last year, my dad told me and my brothers that this KIM LENG fish actually tried to sacrifice its own life for the owner, BY commiting suicide, deliberately hurting itself with all these banging and knocking thing.
"I tell all of you now, you ALWAIZ have to take very good care of this fish and make sure you feed this fish with its favourite caterpillars(yuckZ) three times a day, okay. Dun let it STARVE!! This type of fish brings luck to whoever ownin it, SO DONT PLAY PLAY AH!
"When the fish try to kill itself like this, it means someone or somethin bad actually goin to happen to the owner and in this case, ME! This faithful fish take the bait and sacrifice for me. If that 'future' problem/trouble thats ABOUT TO HAPPEN is really bad n serious, the fish might really die after all these self-knocking."
"Lucky for us, our fish didn't die even though it was terribly injured from all the self-torture all these years. SO must remember okay, when the fish hurt itself, the fish is actually protecting our family. DONT PLAY PLAY, and stop giggling, I am tellin all of you the truth"

Hmm...I have a friend who feeds it frogs though..is it right to do so?
frogs are okay but it make the water dirty really fast, while caterpillars help a lot to enhance the fin's color
